Fellow's Corner

This page here collects relevant pieces of information for our PhD fellows.

Rights and duties
Fellows can expect the following from the research training group: Fellows have the following duties:

Note that there are no teaching duties.

Postdocs and Associated Fellows

For postdocs and associated fellows all of the (applicable) above rights and duties do apply as well. Postdocs are expected to mentor their PhD students in regular meetings, and to guide them on their way. This can be on a scientific, but also on a non-scientific level.

To apply as an associated fellow, send a letter of motivation including the preliminary title of your PhD, a very short abstract (like four sentences), the relation to mathematical complexity reduction, the starting date of your PhD, the name(s) of your advisor(s), your current funding source and contract end, and your current estimate on when you will finish your PhD to .
